Quick walk though
Stepping aboard "Ranger" on the starboard side you can see how stable the boat is in the water. There is a hand rail on the cabin top and one along the aft cabin side to help step into the cockpit. Walking forward there are 3 hatches on the cabin top and the danforth anchor has a windlass with the bow pulpit extending over top with a burgee mast furthest forward. There are two cleats forward for docking lines.
Walking around the front of the boat and back on the port side, on the top is a search light, the Radar, and new horn. Again there are hand rails to keep you aboard and to help step into the cockpit area. The cockpit area is quite large and open. There are side lockers to stow gear on either side and a large insulated chest on the port side with the aft steering station on Starboard. The Shore power oulet, emergency bilge pump, and a bell are situated at that location as well. In the foward center of the cockpit is a large storage locker with crawl space access underneath the cockpit floor. There is a frame for a removable cockpit cover if you wish to stay out of the sun.
The doorway to the main cabin is in the center. Walking in the galley counter extends along the port side with open counter space, then the 3 burnr propane stove with oven, double sainless sink with single handle faucet, then a large open counterspace with the refrigerator set in between many drawers and storage lockers. There is a good sized area forward of the companion seat for setting the navigation charts and the two of the three windows facing forward open while the center window is fixed.
The Helm Station is on the starboard side with excellent visibility and the electronics and Navigation equipment is appropriately placed for the convenienceof the helmsman. Just aft of the helm seat is a comfortable dining area with a "U" shaped couch around a varnished table. The Aft side windows slide open/closed and there is comfortable head room of about 6' 2" throughout.
Looking below through the companionway the floor is teak & holly. On the wall to starboard is the main electrical panel for both the 12 volt and 110 systems. The walls are clean white with a touch of varnished wood trim. All in excellent condition. On port, there is a guest cabin with a comfortable bunk, reading light, fan, storage drawers, and opening port for ventillation.
Forward is the main vee berth cabin which is designed for an insert to make it an extra large double bed. Reading lights, fans, shelving, opening ports, the forward hatch, and storage are abundant.Just aft on starboard is a large hanging locker and storage area on starboard and just aft aross from the guest bunk is a comfortably sized head with a seperate shower stall.
The access to the engine room is under two bi-folding hatch covers that allows very good access to most of the engine and equipment for routine maintenance.

John Page Williams Boating Review
They Say: The Wilbur 34 Hardtop Express Cruiser is a true semi-custom lobster yacht built to the highest standards of modern hull construction and traditional cabinetwork, combining comfortable accommodations for cruising with a large cockpit for day trips.
We Say: Yup, this 34'4"-by-12' thoroughbred Downeaster runs efficiently at a semi-displacement angle between 8 and 16 mph. ...... Its "built-down" hull, in which the bottom curves gracefully into a full keel, places the engine low for stability and an efficient shaft angle. Meanwhile, the full bow is plenty buoyant, great for dealing with serious seas. The 34's specially designed entry minimizes bow steering (digging in), common to some boats of this type. The salon and cabin reflect Wilbur Yachts' attention to detail in both accommodations and craftsmanship. The salon is bright and airy, finished traditionally in white with teak cabinetry and seating...... A comfortable V-berth is forward. Cabinetwork in the cabin holds to the same high standard as the salon. Arrange folding chairs in the large cockpit and toast the sunset with friends.
