ACCOMMODATIONS: Accommodations for 6 people with 6’2” headroom, double V-berth forward with overhead storage, a chest of drawers and storage under the berth, the main saloon has port and starboard settees, the starboard settee pulls out to make a wide berth, there is also a starboard aft quarterberth. The galley has a 2-burner propane stove and a 12-volt built-in refrigerator (works great!) with an extra deep cooler on the starboard side, currently set up as a wine locker. Also has spot for microwave in galley. 120-volt outlets throughout for shore power. Hot/cold pressurized water system in galley (new faucets in galley sink) and head. Head is a macerator (new) pump with Y valve, shower/sink, new holding tank. Huge cockpit locker, stainless rail mounted BBQ grill, 3 three solar powered exhaust fans and cockpit cushions.

EXTRA EQUIPMENT: 2 anchors, 1 oversized Fortress (new) and 1 Danforth with approximately 200’ chain/nylon rode combination, 4 docklines, 4 fenders, 2 fire extinguishers, 6 life preservers, 3 flares and flare gun, horn, and swim ladder. 2 new batteries, 2 bilge pumps plus a manual pump. /Cockpit saltwater wash down pump. New fresh water pump. All new blocks/pulleys rebedded/replaced on mast. All new hoses. All new porthole gaskets with camlocks (Sweet!). 10 lb. aluminum propane tank. All new thru-hulls. All portholes are opening and have screens.

ENGINE: 16 hp Yanmar diesel, 2GM20F. FUEL: 20 gallons diesel.

WATER: (2) 35 gallon tanks (new).

ELECTRICAL: 12-volt DC system with battery selector switch, 110-volt AC system with shore power cord.

ELECTRONICS: 1 (new) West Marine hard wired VHF550 (new) and 1 Standard Horizon handheld VHF (new) HX471S, Garmin GPS 192C (new) with Garmin GSD 20 Sounder Module and com(new) Ritchie pedestal compass, AM/FM/cassette radio with speakers in saloon and cockpit. Built-in Sea Ranger battery charger.

SAILS & RIGGING: Roller furling: 150%, 130% and storm jib. Two mainsails, one full batten and one half batten, new main halyard. There is a jiffy reefing system (currently the cams inside the mast need adjusting).

COMMENTS: This is a clean boat in great condition—ready to go! Boat has been in fresh water all it’s life until 4 summers ago that we’ve lived aboard. She is a smoke-free and pet-free boat. Soul Matey comes loaded with dishes/pots/pans etc. and all sorts of extra tidbits. New teak (except toe rails) and new bottom paint. This boat is ready to sail away.... Owners sailed this past Sunday with 20-knot winds out to Metinicus and back. Everything is in order on the boat. Woohoo!
